OUR STORY
Itty Bitty Bakes are the new kids on the baking block.
Not your typical cookie cutters, we’ve been spreading the love Melbourne wide with our sweet treats since ’19.
Our love for baking was born in our yiayia’s kitchen. She taught us that no matter the recipe, the magic is all in the hands and that the flavour of your food comes from the love you put into it.
And that’s how we roll here at Itty Bitty Bakes HQ - bringing you sweets with sass, inspired by our love for baking, made from the magic of our bakers hands and injected with a little pizzazz from our RnBaking mixtapes.

WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
Itty Bitty Bakes is based in South Yarra, Victoria, Australia.
All our Itty Bitty Bakes goods are prepared in our council registered kitchen.
WHAT'S THE 411 ON YOUR COOKIES?
Our Itty Bitty Bakes cookies are approximately 7cm in diameter and come individually heat sealed.
Our Itty Bitty Bakes vanilla shortbread recipe contains eggs, dairy and gluten and may contain traces of nuts. We do not currently create gluten free or vegan treats.
All cookies are made to order so please allow a 14-day turnaround time. No alterations to the cookie design can be made once your order is placed.
Our cookies have a shelf life of approximately 8 weeks once sealed (kudos if you can keep your hands off them that long!). Once opened, please consume within 24-48 hours.
It’s not easy being coolest kids on the baking block. To keep your Itty Bitty Bakes cookies supafly and fresh to death make sure to keep them in a cool place, away from direct sunlight as this may affect the quality (and street credibility) of the cookie.
DELIVERY
Itty Bitty Bakes ships Australia wide using 100% compostable mailer bags!
Our postage and handling fees are as follows:
Regular Post (3-5 business days) - $15.00 flat fee
Express post (1-3 business days) - $20.00 flat fee
Please note these are only estimated delivery times and are not within our control (sadly). Delivery times are dependent on Australia Post and delays may occur during peak periods.
Pick-up from South Yarra is also available upon request and recommended for larger orders.
DAMAGED GOODS
All our goods are securely packaged to avoid any itty bitty breaks, however we can't guarantee that your order won't get damaged in transit. Once your order leaves our kitchen, Itty Bitty Bakes cannot take responsibility for and will not offer refunds for goods damaged in transit.
REFUNDS
All refunds are at the discretion of Itty Bitty Bakes. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you find a cheaper product elsewhere.
